Professor S.M.S. Samarakoon, Director of PGIIM Launches Book on “Indigenous Medicine of Sri Lanka” at National Library, Colombo on March 31st, 2024.

Indigenous Medicine of Sri Lanka: Diversity, Cultural Importance, Challenges in Conservation was launched on 31st March, 2024 at the National Library, Colombo. Senior professor Mayura Samarakoon, Senior professor Priyani A Paranagama and Professor Rathnayake M Abeyrathne addressed the gathering. Emeritus professor Jayantha Jayawardane and Senior professor Chrishantha Abesena were presented as the special guests. Professor S.M.S. Samarakoon, Director of PGIIM sincerely thanked all invitees, guests, doctors, friends, well-wishers, students and family members for participating in the event.
